So in this episode actually references are not many, but those that are worth noticing.
When Claire went to sign the documents for adozine in the Hall building, in plain sight, there is a lock with a pen.
Penna che peraltro stavolta funziona (non come nell'altra realtà...).
Faccio notare che in questo stesso palazzo poi arriveranno anche Jack e Desmond e che pertanto il ruolo di questo palazzo non è da sottovalutare.
Si potrebbe pensare che questo palazzo sia un po' il quartiere generale delle penne, teoria confermata dal fatto che proprio in questo palazzo lavora l'espolsiva Ilana (sottoposta di Jacob, che probabilmente si trova all'ultimo piano di cotale palazzo...).
Passiamo ora ad analizzare la scena in cui Jack si prepara ad operare John Locke. Ad un certo punto sembra che Jack si concentri sul monitor per analizzare il paziente. Dico sembra perchè in realtà, guardando well, it turns out that Jack is not at all looking at the monitor, but the pen holder on the side there. Perhaps he hopes that the pens can point the way, inspire and enable him to save the poor John.
Finally, while it concerns the episode to find all the clues, I found a particularly deadly: the map FarLocke Delivery Sawyer was written in pencil!
A pencil, you know?
